One would think with Code Orange 100 degree temperatures that a cool breakfast like a Green Monster or Fruit Parfait would be in order, but nope – hot oatmeal was calling my name.

Ever since we were at the B&B in Vermont, I have been craving those oats!

Ingredients

• 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
• 1/2 Cup Skim Milk
• 1/2 Banana
• Dash of Cinnamon
• 2 Tbsp. Dried Fruit
• Dash of Cinnamon
• Dash of Salt

Served in an Anthropologie Mug for a little something different.
