Even on a road trip! I might have to try that on my five and a half hour drive to West Virginia on Friday!
Anyway, the downtown Washington Sports Club only offered a strength training class that fit in with my schedule during today’s lunch – and I needed a strength day for my half marathon training. This quick 45-minute class had me in and out of there, and left my muscles feeling worked!
Before I left, I had this banana to keep up my energy during the class. Google Chat in the background. Was definitely working hard this morning!
We did planks, triceps, pushups, ab work, squats, lunges, seriously – the works!
