We’re going to see a matinee this afternoon for “Up,” the new Disney 3-D movie. I’ve heard it’s sad though!
Geoff made me a delicious breakfast this morning – a 3 egg white omelette with some of my bean salad and buffalo sauce inside.
Yum! I had asked for it with cheese, but he omitted it, and you know what? Fantastic! Didn’t need it at all!
We then hopped on our bikes and road 3.5 miles to the gym where I pounded out another 3.5 miles on the treadmill followed up with 3.5 miles on the bike back home! I was a sweaty hot mess!
And a starving one at that!
For lunch, a Boca Patty on an Ezekiel Bun with Tomato, a Light Laughing Cow and Buffalo Sauce
With bean salad on the side.
Cleaning whilst watching Cake Boss and then off to the movies! I love days off!

I'm also catching up on some chores on this lovely day off. It feels good to get this stuff out of the way tho, right! Tomorrow will be full o fun. Hope yours is too!
